IPG consultants.Estate leased a detached dry warehouse with an area of 16,200 sq.m in a class A logistics complex. The tenant was a Russian federal-level trading company.
According to the tenant, the need to rent an additional warehouse is related to the development and growth of the grocery network and the need to develop logistics infrastructure in the north-west direction.

The vacancy rate in the speculative industrial and warehouse real estate market of St. Petersburg in recent years has not exceeded 2%, and in the second half of 2023 it is almost 0. There is an acute shortage of high-quality class A warehouse blocks with an area of 3,000 sq.m. and above. This lease deal vividly demonstrates the current state of the market. The company rented a block that was freed from the previous tenant – for the owner, the rotation of tenants was almost uninterrupted.”
