The total value of off-plan real estate sold in February amounted to $4.6 billion, which is 27.3% more than in February 2023, but 12.9% less than in January 2024.
The average cost per square meter. The meter in February amounted to $ 5,495 — an excess of February 2023 by 12.3%, when a square meter was sold for an average of $ 4,891.
