IPG consultants.Estate has sublet a 5,200 sq.m warehouse block in a Class A warehouse complex in the north of St. Petersburg. The tenant was the responsible storage operator.
The company has leased a modern class A warehouse in the north of St. Petersburg. The warehouse block with an area of 5,200 sq.m is equipped with racks with a capacity of 8,000 pallets. Additional areas have been adapted to the needs of customers interested in 3PL and responsible storage services.

“Over the past year, we have recorded increased demand for responsible storage services and services of 3PL operators, which is confirmed by the current transactions. It is interesting to note that Russian operators have begun to expand quite actively, responding to the requests of their customers. But there is practically no actual supply of ready–made warehouses on the market – sublease becomes an alternative to renting.”
