In 2024, as part of the global redevelopment of the territory of the former Skorokhod factory, which is produced by Okhta Group, Soyuz Development is creating a new project combining elements of public space and a fashionable apartment hotel.

The new boutique hotel was named “Space” — as a household name for an iconic phenomenon in urban culture. The Soyuz Development company, which implements the project, is known for its work on the restoration of historical buildings with subsequent adaptation to modern use. The concept, profitability programs and adaptation to the future function of the boutique hotel, design and filling of the room stock are being developed jointly with the Avenue-Start team. Subsequently, the project will enter the network of apartment hotels under the brand “Space by Avenue-Apart” with a classification of 4*.
