At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum — 2024 Skolkovo (VEB Group.RF) and “HOUSE.The Russian Federation” signed a partnership agreement. Its main task is the introduction of artificial intelligence and information modeling technologies in the construction industry, as well as the study of digitalization of construction companies and the search for technological startups.
Today, Skolkovo is the operator of a federal project to introduce pilot AI solutions in the real sector of the economy. In 2024, Skolkovo will allocate more than 550 million rubles for the integration of AI projects, including for testing promising technologies in the construction sector and housing and communal services,” said Sergey Perov, Chairman of the Board of the Skolkovo Foundation. “The most effective developments of Skolkovo startups will be selected by us together with DOM.RF, the largest financial institution in the housing sector, for implementation and subsequent scaling throughout the country.”

In turn, “THE HOUSE.The Russian Federation plans to invest more than 1 billion rubles in the next two years, including in the R&D Center for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, said Nikolay Kozak, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation at DOM.RF. “The development and implementation of AI technologies is one of the tasks in the implementation of the national goals set by the president. “THE HOUSE.Last year, the Russian Federation created its own AI laboratory, where a number of applied solutions for the company’s business processes have already been launched, as well as the development of new products for the construction and banking sector is underway,” he noted.
As part of the cooperation, Digital Technologies, a subsidiary of DOM.RF, will become a resident of Skolkovo and will continue to work on creating an AI product for the real estate market – an intelligent document processing platform. This will allow you to spend just a few seconds searching and analyzing the necessary information. It is also planned to pilot technology startups based on the BUILD UP accelerator from Skolkovo.
On the basis of “DOM.Russia” has already launched projects such as an AI assistant portal for company employees, a chatbot for customers in the bank’s mobile application, as well as artificial intelligence-based algorithms for checking bank payment documents.
