Experts have found out where top managers of Russian companies will rest during the May holidays.
The Association of Managers conducted a survey on the preferences of Russian top managers from various fields for the upcoming May holidays. 63% of respondents are in the position of functional director and 37% are senior managers. This is reported by ATOR with reference to the Association of Managers.
76% of the respondents will spend the current May holidays in the same place as a year ago. 60% of senior managers will travel somewhere.
15% of respondents have adjusted their plans and will spend their holidays in Russia, and not abroad, as it was before. The reasons for the change of decision are a large number of current plans and work (40%), the general situation in the country and the world (25%), personal financial situation (21%). Another 14% refrained from answering.
23% of managers will go abroad: almost a third (31%) chose Turkey, 27% — European countries, 25% — post—Soviet countries (Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, etc.), 17% – the United Arab Emirates.
37% of managers will travel to Russia. Crimea became the most popular of the domestic destinations (37%), with Sochi in second place (18%). St. Petersburg (9%) and the cities of the Golden Ring of Russia (8%) are also popular.
