Ural Airlines reported that due to bad weather, flights from Sochi to Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Omsk and Barnaul.
“We kindly ask you to keep an eye on the current schedule of departures and arrivals on the airport’s online scoreboard. The airline is doing everything possible to return to the schedule as soon as possible and expects to understand the requirements related to flight safety,” the carrier’s press service reports.
Other airlines also have problems with Sochi flights.
A storm warning is in effect in Sochi until tonight. According to forecasters, a whole range of adverse weather events is expected in central Sochi and the Sirius region: heavy rains with thunderstorms and hail, wind strength up to 15-18 m/s.
