Tourists in Sochi are warned that tornadoes are possible in the waters of the resort. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

“In accordance with the weather forecasters’ warning, until the end of the day on September 18, as well as during the day on September 19, 2024 on the territory of Sochi and FT “Sirius”there is a danger of tornadoes forming over the sea,” the message says.

All services of the resort are working in an enhanced mode. The situation is controlled by the operational headquarters.

Tourists and residents of Sochi are advised to refrain from relaxing by the water, do not park cars under trees and large street structures, and take the necessary precautions.
