As reported in The Russian Union of Tourism Industry (PCT), the tourist flow in Crimea turned out to be higher this summer than last year, and sales of tours from tour operators have increased significantly.
According to the Ministry of Tourism of Crimea, the tourist flow to the peninsula increased by 25% in June. Tour operators are talking about an increase in sales of tours to the republic by more than 50% compared to the same period last year.
From January to June of this year, 2 million tourists visited the Crimean peninsula, which is 15% more than in the first half of 2023. In June, the number of tourists increased by 25% and amounted to 746,000 people.
