The State Council Commission on Construction, Housing and Communal Services, urban Environment approved the main approaches to the formation of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, which is indicated in the list of presidential instructions following the results of the address to the Federal Assembly.
This was announced yesterday by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin at a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission for Regional Development.
According to him, the materials of the meeting of the State Council Commission will form the basis for the country’s development in the field of construction and housing and communal services until 2030 and in the future until 2036.
“We are facing very ambitious tasks – the transformation of the country’s regions, a higher standard of living and comfort for our citizens, so I ask all subjects to get more actively involved in the work now,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.
In addition to increasing the volume of housing construction, he drew the attention of representatives of the regions to providing built-up areas with social infrastructure and the importance of implementing a program to create a comfortable urban environment. According to him, in manual mode, it is also necessary to take up projects and long-term housing and communal services programs, analyze in detail the facilities that require modernization, construction and reconstruction.
“In addition, we set ourselves a difficult goal for the future period to further reduce the investment and construction cycle to 1,000 days and 350 procedures by 2027. I draw the attention of the governors that appropriate work should be carried out at the regional level,” Marat Khusnullin said.
