The IPG Russia Group of Companies is moving to Case at Kropotkin 1I in the Petrogradsky district. The move is due to the active growth of the business. Employees of the companies will occupy a block of 60 workplaces with a view terrace.
The IPG Russia group includes 4 companies: IPG consulting company.Estate, a company for the design, construction and configuration of commercial spaces Space, a network of flexible office spaces and the Case franchise, as well as a space efficiency analytics system and job reservations Hotdesk.ru .
Case is a network of flexible office spaces. The first project with an area of 1,200 square meters was opened in August 2021 in the Renaissance Hall business Center on Vladimirsky Prospekt. To date, the project has been successfully functioning and is 95% full. Kropotkin’s Case is a project with an area of 1,211 square meters, designed for 150 jobs.

Our move is due to several factors. We have grown significantly over the past year, expanding the range of services, increasing the number of employees, while this year we also have significant plans for the growth of the team. We were already cramped in Case on Vladimirsky. In addition, a pool of residents has formed in Case on Vladimirsky, who are also developing, while they want to grow within the framework of our project.
Moving to Kropotkin’s Case gave us the opportunity to gather employees of all 4 companies within one office block in one plane. We have worked out the most effective organization of the workspace in order to provide comfortable working conditions: individual workplaces (fixed and shared), locations for group work, meeting rooms for meetings with clients and partners, informal work areas and places to relax.”
