Due to the expansion of the business, the tenant company was looking for a new equipped office ready to move in. It was important for the tenant to improve the conditions of stay, maintain the usual seating of employees, and location preferences were given to the Moscow district.
The company was offered an office with a finished finish in the modern business center “Megapark 2”. The project is located in an area with developed business and road transport infrastructure.
As a result of the transaction, the company leased an office with an area of 1,624 sq.m. The office layout allowed to organize seating that meets the needs of all departments.
