1 .Ankara is the leader of the rating with a yield of 7.29%. Rent costs an average of 14 thousand liras. The best areas to invest in Ankara: Mamak — yield 8.54%, Altyndag, Kechioren and These figures are 7.69%, 7.30% and 7.05%, respectively.

2️⃣Bursa will bring the investor 6.45% per annum. The average rent is 12.9 thousand liras. Attractive areas in Bursa: Ildirim — yield 7.14%, Osmangazi — 6.94%, Gemlik — 6.77%.
