Business center “Chagall” is a modern B+ class complex, implemented in a renovated historical building. The project area is 3.2 thousand square meters, the interiors are made in the loft style. The business center is located near the Vyborgskaya and Petrogradskaya stations at the address: Zelenkov lane, 7A, lit. Z.
The business center was considered by the company due to the increase in staff. The tenant was in search of a modern office with a ready renovation, located near the city center and within walking distance from the metro.
As a result of the transaction, the company moved to an area of 540 square meters in the shortest possible time.
