Also, amendments to the law reduce some penalties. Previously, the laws “On Consumer Protection” (RFP) and on participation in shared-equity construction were applied. Therefore, in case of defects, the developer paid twice. Now the STD has been excluded, they will focus only on the second regulatory act.
