Experts from the Domklik Analytical Center and Sbermarketing assessed how familiar young people under the age of 25 are with various federal programs of preferential mortgage lending.
The survey showed that 83% of respondents had heard of at least one of them. This figure is significantly higher than among all age groups (60%).
The most popular among the younger generation is the “Family mortgage” – 66% of respondents know about it. This is followed by the “State Support” program – every second respondent (51%) has heard about it.
More narrowly focused programs are noticeably lagging behind in terms of recognition. For example, only a third of respondents (33%) know about the program for IT industry employees, 28% know about Rural Mortgages, and 22% of respondents know about Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgages.
