Alcor Group has developed the concept of a shopping promenade that will appear in the Kronfort residential complex in Kronstadt.
An open-air shopping center will be organized here, the main purpose of which is to create an atmosphere of impressions and pleasant leisure. The total area of commercial premises will be about 15 thousand sq. m.
The shopping and pedestrian promenade in the Kronfort project will combine four thematic boulevards: fashionable, educational, sports and entertainment, where about 90 shops will be located. Designer boutiques, gastronomy in the form of bakeries, restaurants and cafes, as well as goods for water sports due to the proximity of the sea will be presented here. The core will be domestic brands that have successfully occupied the niches of departed foreign brands, as well as foreign retail operators that are actively developing in the Russian market.
Commercial premises of the street retail “GC Alkor” will be leased, which will allow to form a high-quality composition of tenants that best corresponds to the concept of the project. This will ensure a homogeneous consumer environment and comfort for residents.
