The rest of the tourists turned out to be hopelessly spoiled: Emirates airline lost the luggage of passengers on the flight Dubai – Moscow. Now, after a whole day of delay due to bad weather conditions in Dubai, tourists have been waiting for their turn to search for missing items for more than three hours.
One of the passengers, Maria, told TK SHOT that the problems began back in Dubai, where the departure of the Emirates plane was delayed for a whole day. And upon arrival in Domodedovo and appearing in the baggage claim area, tourists were faced with new challenges: their suitcases were missing.
Tired and exhausted tourists have been on baggage belts for more than three hours, standing in line, waiting for the opportunity to apply for a search for missing luggage. Domodedovo Airport staff did not explain to passengers the reason for the disappearance of their suitcases, only clarifying that the airline was responsible for the baggage. Some passengers managed to get some of their belongings, but the rest are still waiting.
Only the toilet and duty-free shops offering alcoholic beverages are available in the baggage claim area.
