Gas networks will be brought free of charge to the borders of land plots located near gasified settlements
The Government of the Russian Federation has expanded the program of social gasification to horticultural associations. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
It is specified that the gas networks will be conducted free of charge to the borders of citizens’ land plots in the SNT located within the borders of gasified settlements. Title documents must be issued for the household and the land plot. An application for connection can be submitted by both the owner of the household and the chairman of the SNT.
The decision on pre—gasification should be made at the general meeting of the members of the SNT, and its protocol is attached to the application for connection, the government said in a statement. Says Nikita Chaplin, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Duma:
— Gasification of villages is taking place now, but there is a very high density of living in rural settlements, especially in large regions — the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Krasnodar, Rostov. Gasification will not take place to the borders of the SNT, but will also be carried out on the territory of the SNT itself, and at the request of each of the cottager, gardener, the house will be gasified, and a certain tariff established by the government of the subject will be charged for gasification of the house, that is, it will be a small amount of money, not what it cost before, if if we privately applied for gasification, it would be non-market prices. Each region will have its own price, on average it will be about 80 thousand rubles in the Moscow region in settlements that are gasified.
— How far should he be?
— It does not matter, the SNT should be within the boundaries of the settlement, we have the majority of SNTS in highly urbanized regions within the boundaries of settlements.
If there is gas in the locality to which the SNT is assigned, then you can apply for gasification.

The owner buys gas equipment at his own expense, it can be a gas boiler, a stove for cooking, but each region has its own additional social support programs, these can be support programs for large families, socially vulnerable citizens are given a subsidy for gas connections and the purchase of internal equipment. The deadlines for the execution of the application for social gasification start from three months to a year.”
Business FM called the gas equipment connection company and asked how much it would cost to inject gas directly from the site into the house:
— If this is the length from the fence to the house and to the boiler room, all together it gives 10 meters, plus / minus, together with the project documentation, it will cost from 100 thousand rubles.

— It will depend on the length, which meters will be obtained, after the engineer leaves, we will be able to determine the exact cost, maybe you have a length of about 90 meters, dig and build, these will be different prices.
— Do I need to buy more equipment?
— For construction and installation work, you will need a gas pollution detector, a gas meter, if it’s all one at a time, it costs somewhere around 56 thousand. Construction and installation work — I can’t say for sure.
The cost of a gas boiler ranges from 35 thousand to 150 thousand rubles, depending on the heating area and the country of origin.
