From July 1, 2024, all developers working with the funds of shareholders must necessarily apply information modeling technologies (TIM). Until now, this has been mandatory only when working on government contracts. In Moscow, for example, it is planned to make a 3D model of the architectural concept of the project mandatory in order to obtain a construction permit. Whether companies are ready to actively switch to digital rails will be discussed at the round table.
