The Malibu estate of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers frontman Tom Petty (died 2017) is up for sale for $19 million. This is reported by Mansion Global.

The total area of the house is 929 sq. m. It has seven bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has French windows leading to the courtyard, and a huge wardrobe. The house also has a wood-paneled library and a TV room, a music room, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a professional cook, with an adjacent pantry, a gym and a massage room.

The dining room is designed for 16 people, in the living room there is a large fireplace under hand-carved dormer windows.

There is a separate guest house on the territory adjacent to the main building, and there is also a recording studio, which Petty converted from another guest house.

The late rock musician and his wife purchased this house in 1998, the report says.
