“In transactions since the beginning of 2024, more than a third of customers have opted for housing located from the 1st to the 5th floor. Apartments located from 6th to 9th and from 10th to 15th accounted for half of the loans in approximately equal proportions. More than 10% of transactions have been executed for apartments located from the 16th to the 21st, and more than 6% above,” the analysts said.
It should be noted that traditionally, families with children and the elderly prefer housing on the lower floors. In favor of such apartments is not only greater mobility, but also the difference in cost compared to the upper floors. The latter usually averages 11-12%.
