July 18 — round table “With or without a mortgage: how does the market of new buildings live in new conditions”

Changes in preferential mortgages did not come as a surprise to developers. But the position of the Ministry of Finance on preferential programs made us think about how the market will develop further. Back in June, a number of banks announced their readiness to offer the market programs with rates at the level of preferential mortgages, by subsidizing interest rates by developers. We will discuss what happens in the mortgage market after July 1 at a round table.

We invite you to discuss the following issues at the round table:

    How do you estimate sales in the first half of 2024? Was there a rush in June on the eve of renegotiating the terms of a preferential mortgage? What happens in the new building market after July 1? How have changes in government support programs affected and will affect the market of new buildings? Why has the government taken a course to curtail and transform preferential programs? What joint programs of banks and developers appeared after June 1? How interested are banks in this and why? To what level are developers willing to subsidize the rate in the current economic conditions? What level of the key rate will make standard mortgage programs more affordable?

Developers, banks, real estate agencies are invited to participate in the round table.
