July 11 — round table “Not only playgrounds: how to organize the yard space for all residents of the house”

A new building without modern playgrounds in the yard or a huge play hub can no longer be found today. But children are growing up fast, and among new settlers there are not only families with children, well, parents also want to relax. In an ideal courtyard, it should be interesting for all its inhabitants. We will discuss what is needed for this and how to achieve it at the round table.

We invite you to discuss the following issues at the round table:

Why does the landscaping of the yard begin with playgrounds? Are they really needed in every yard? What can be the approach to children’s recreation? What can an adult do on the territory of the residential complex? What activities are they interested in? Why are teenagers considered one of the most difficult categories of residents? What can teenagers do on the territory of the yard? What else do developers create on the territory of courtyards and neighborhoods for different categories of residents: the elderly, dog lovers, athletes, etc.? How can I place objects for different groups in the yard so that everyone is comfortable? General rules and best practices. New trends in the improvement of yard spaces.

Developers, urbanists, manufacturers of equipment and small architectural forms, designers, architectural bureaus and landscape designers are invited to participate in the round table.

According to the results of the round table, publication on the website is planned
