Prices for renting luxury real estate in Moscow have increased record-breaking in the first quarter of 2024.
According to Izvestia, the weighted average budget of the offer on the high-budget rental market in the capital in early April 2024 amounted to 418 thousand rubles per object per month, which is 8% higher than at the beginning of the year.
12 months ago, the rate was 27% lower. At the same time, the weighted average rental rate at which transactions were concluded increased by more than a third over the year — by 34% — and amounted to 278 thousand rubles per object per month. In the last quarter alone, the indicator grew by 13%.
It is also noted that at the beginning of the year, prices for luxury rentals were already at the maximum level, so experts believed that prices had reached the maximum values, and they did not expect further noticeable growth. However, the cost of transactions has increased significantly.
