August 13 — round table “Where industry is developing in St. Petersburg: industrial parks and urban industrial zones”

According to the new version of the General Plan of St. Petersburg, approved in December 2023, the area of production zones has been increased by 630 hectares — their total area now amounts to 13.9 thousand hectares. Scientific, research and production facilities, technology parks, as well as educational institutions should be located in these territories. According to data for the fall of 2023, more than 60 investors felt the need for land for the construction of enterprises.

According to KPPIT, in 2022-2027, investments from the city budget in the preparation of industrial zones will amount to 8.4 billion rubles. There are also a number of private industrial parks that are waiting for their residents. We will discuss where an industrial enterprise can be located and whether there is a demand for it at a round table.
