Residential complex “1st Salaryevsky”: a new life in a half-hour drive from the center

According to the capital’s Rosreestr, in June 2024, New Moscow took the first place in terms of transactions executed on the primary market: 4875 equity participation agreements in the construction of residential and non—residential real estate were registered in TiNAO – 34.3% of the total number of June DDU of the capital. At the same time, only in the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts there are over 20 thousand such transactions, which is 29% of the total number of transactions executed in the capital since the beginning of this year,” Igor Maidanov, head of the Rosreestr department for Moscow, shares additional data.

Of course, you can say: well, that was when it was – before the abolition of preferential mortgages, and now the indicators will be completely different. Yes, the absolute figures will probably be different, but the leadership of the New Moscow is likely to remain. Among the reasons why the attention of buyers turns to the territories that became part of Moscow on July 1, 2012, the FGC Group of Companies calls transport accessibility, which makes New Moscow more convenient than, for example, Staromoskovskoye Golyanovo, the infrastructure that continues to develop (social, commercial, sports, educational — all kinds), the combination of Moscow registration (with all pensions, benefits and benefits resulting from this) with a much calmer and, if I may say so, more natural life, good ecology … And also a rich selection of housing in various formats and sizes and high quality of Novomoskovsk projects, often created on the principle of “city within a city”.

By its name, it is easy to guess that it is located in close proximity to the metro station of the same name and the famous Salaris shopping complex. And indeed, the FGC Group has not changed its principled position to choose sites with good transport accessibility: it is literally a five—minute walk to the metro from here, which means that in 15 minutes you are at the University, in 25 minutes at the Park of Culture, in half an hour at the Lenin Library, in the very the center of Moscow.

But they will not appear immediately, of course: the developer intends to implement the entire project in 2027, and everything will start with a residential building with 715 apartments, which will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2026. FGC Group has already received a construction permit and put on sale the first lots of the project: studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 27.1 to 83.7 square meters. In addition, it is worth emphasizing that in the building, work on which is about to begin, you can buy euroformat housing with windows on two or even three sides.

Apartments with a rough ceiling height of a pleasant 2.84 meters are offered with a fine finish created in four different styles, as well as with a white box finish — for those who want to show maximum design independence. In half of the apartments, summer rooms have been designed (balconies, loggias, terraces and verandas now bear this combined name), including those with panoramic and corner glazing.

At the same time, the 1st Salarievsky implements the concept of a “yard without cars”: inside, all roads are pedestrian, open only to special services vehicles. But “horseless citizens” have complete freedom: they have enclosed courtyards at their service — each with its own concept, providing for a variety of scenarios, from morning to evening, a well—thought-out network of bike paths and many walking routes, including an elegant walking Boulevard of impressions.

The next infrastructure level is a municipal kindergarten with 225 places and a school with 450 places, which will be introduced together with the first residential building in the third quarter of 2026. And then there is the already mentioned Salaris shopping center and the KomCity administrative and shopping center, the Rumyantsevo business park, ponds on the Setun River located near the residential complex, Ulyanovsk Park and the Novo—Peredelkino ski complex… Finally, Vnukovo airport, with which 1st Salaryevsky is adjacent just at a good distance, which will not cause any inconvenience to either the first settlers of the complex or the last ones who will meet the New Year 2028 here.
