What do they ask about the sea in Yandex Search and neural networks

Yandex analysts have studied aggregated impersonal queries in the Search for the sea. It turned out that many users are interested in whether it is possible to swim in the Caspian Sea, what is the water temperature in the Black Sea, whether there are sharks in it, how to sunbathe properly and how to remove a tan. Analysts also studied that users ask about the sea from the Neuro service, which gives one answer to the question using the knowledge of the entire Internet.    

      Many people are interested in whether it is possible to swim in a particular sea. In terms of the number of such queries, the Caspian Sea is in the lead, the Dead Sea is in second place, and the Baltic Sea is in third place. The Black Sea did not get into the top 3 – it is on the fourth line: probably many people already know that it is possible to swim in it.   At the same time, the Black Sea leads in the number of questions about water temperature. The second line is occupied by the Baltic Sea, the third by the Mediterranean.   Users also want to know if there are sharks or jellyfish in a particular sea. In both cases, the Black Sea arouses the strongest interest, while sharks are more often searched in the Mediterranean and Red Seas, and jellyfish in the Azov and Caspian seas.   Many people are interested in questions related to tanning. For example, users ask how to sunbathe properly, how to remove a tan, how to soothe the skin after being in the sun, how long it is impossible to sunbathe after laser hair removal.   Analysts also studied the issues of the Neuro Pro Sea service. In about 7% of cases, users are interested in marine life: what such creatures look like, where they are found and how to cook them. Almost 5% of the questions are devoted to creatures that are not related to the marine theme — guinea pigs.   A quarter of the questions to Neuro are related to tourism. Most often, users ask where to go to the sea (10%), what to do there (5%), how to prepare for a trip and how to save money on it (3% each). Another quarter of the questions are theoretical. In most cases, users are interested in geography. For example, Neuro is asked where a particular sea is located, which one is larger, which rivers flow into them, and how many seas exist in general.   Almost 8% of the questions are related to the image of the sea in painting, cinema, music and so on. And they are also devoted to how to draw the sea.
