In the winter season 2024/2025, tours to Thailand on direct charter flights of three airlines will be available to tourists from St. Petersburg. All of them are planned for the resort island of Phuket.
The tour operator Biblio-Globus will switch the flight program “from summer to winter” on the liners of its strategic partner in tourist air transportation, Aeroflot, – two departures per week are listed in the schedule. Travel packages on these flights are also offered to Khao Lak, Krabi and Koh Samui (with an additional domestic flight by a Thai airline). Pegas Touristik and Coral Travel will fill Icarus Airlines planes from St. Petersburg to Phuket, the stated frequency is four flights per month from October 25. Tours with transportation from the Coral Travel quota are also sold by Sunmar. The tour operator Fun&Sun announced a flight program on Red Wings liners, twice a week from November 3.
The cost of tours lasting 10-12 nights in 3* Phuket hotels with direct flights from St. Petersburg in the first decade of November starts from 189 thousand rubles for two (availability and prices are current as of 18:00 on July 19. – Ed.). To 4* hotels – from 209 thousand rubles. Travel packages for New Year’s dates will cost from 326 thousand rubles, to hotels on the popular beaches of Karon or Kata – from 372 thousand rubles.
Unlike Moscow, or, for example, Yekaterinburg and Krasnoyarsk, there are no direct flights from St. Petersburg to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, from where it is convenient to get to Pattaya. Charters to the Utapao airport nearest to this resort and tour operators have not yet announced, obviously guided by the fact that the main demand from tourists falls on Phuket. Nevertheless, St. Petersburg residents will not stay without a vacation in Pattaya either: GDS tours are offered (air transportation is booked on request in global distribution systems. – Ed.) on connecting flights to Bangkok, favorable prices periodically appear on Chinese airlines flying from St. Petersburg, including to Thailand.
