Travel planning service OneTwoTrip named the most expensive hotel bookings that its customers made from June to August 2024.
Abroad
The most impressive amount for the summer holidays was spent by a family of five (two adults and three children), who decided to relax in Belek in a five-star All-inclusive hotel. Accommodation for 12 days cost them 2,024,000 rubles.
On the second line was also a vacation in Turkey, this time in Kemer. There, two travelers stayed for a week in a five-star hotel, also operating on an All-inclusive system, paying 1,771,500 rubles for it.
The third place was taken by a vacation in Miami, which cost two tourists 1,713,000 rubles. This amount includes accommodation for 24 days in a five-star hotel, and only with breakfast.
A trip to Cannes for 10 days also turned out to be in the top of expensive travel this summer: two Russians stayed in a five-star hotel, paying 1,569,500 rubles as a result. And finally, a three-week vacation in a five-star Kuta hotel cost 1,182,000 rubles. Both orders included only breakfast.
In Russia
Travelers who had a summer vacation in Gelendzhik spent a record amount on accommodation: a company of five people (three adults and two children) spent a week in a five-star hotel with breakfast and paid 1,106,500 rubles for it.
On the second line was an almost two-week vacation in Adler. Two travelers lived for 15 days in a five-star hotel with breakfast, spending 792,000 rubles.
The third place was also taken by a vacation in the Krasnodar Territory, this time in Sochi: two tourists spent 9 days there, choosing a five-star hotel with two meals a day. Such vacations cost 767,700 rubles.
In addition, a vacation in St. Petersburg for 542,400 rubles was included in the list: 7 days in a five-star hotel with breakfast for two adults cost that much. And for a vacation in Moscow, two travelers paid 494,500 rubles: they stayed in a five-star hotel for 6 days, meals were not included in the price.
