The departure of the Pegasus flight from Moscow to Istanbul is delayed by 15 hours

Вылет рейса Pegasus из Москвы в Стамбул задерживается на 15 часов

The Pegasus Airlines flight was supposed to leave Vnukovo for Istanbul at 15:05, but it will fly at best tomorrow at 6 a.m. In any case, this time is now shown by the airport’s online scoreboard.

“The flight was postponed several times, for 20-30 minutes. As a result, when it was postponed to 18:00, we were informed, take your luggage and come to check–in,” he said TourDom.ru one of the passengers, a subscriber of the telegram channel “Roof of the tourist house”. However, the plane never flew. It was difficult to find out any information, since there were no representatives of the airline at the airport. When I managed to get through to Pegasus, they were delighted: they said they were waiting for the part, they say, it should be delivered at night, and the flight was scheduled for 6 a.m. on Monday. At the same time, no food or drinks were provided, and the issue with the hotel has so far been resolved only for Russian citizens – at about 19:30 they were checked into the Hilton hotel near the airport. “As for those passengers who have citizenship of other countries, they were told: then they will collect boarding passes and call hotels,” the subscriber explained.

By the way, some of the travelers would not mind re-registering for other flights to Turkey, in particular, for the night flight of the same Pegasus airline to Antalya (PC 1577, departure at 02:20). “However, people cannot do this because they are registered for the flight. And you can be registered for a very long time, even for two days, while the flight is delayed and not canceled,” our interlocutor said.

Editorial Board TourDom.ru I sent an official request to Pegasus Airlines with a request to comment on the flight delay.
