A long tour for those who have long wanted to get to know Asia better and visit several countries at once.

The “Big Asian Kaleidoscope” from Fun&Sun Holidays is a 13—day and 12-night tour with guaranteed arrivals. Its main feature is the opportunity to get acquainted with the traditions and sights of three countries at once: Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. |
Malaysia: a fusion of cultures and a temple in caves
Kuala Lumpur often becomes a transit destination during travel: tourists transfer here between flights, getting to know the city in their remaining free time. Such a superficial acquaintance is often not enough: it will take several days to get into the spirit of the city and its surroundings.
During the first three days of the Big Asian Kaleidoscope tour, tourists will be able to go to the first capital of the country — Malacca, where they will walk through the historical center with Portuguese, Dutch and English heritage, take a cruise on a river tram and will be able to ride a rickshaw. There are a lot of museums in Malacca — more than in the whole of Malaysia, and most of them are located on the main square, so you can visit several at once.
The city of Putrajaya— the administrative capital of Malaysia, also deserves attention. Here, travelers will explore the main attractions — the Palace of Justice, very similar to the Taj Mahal, the Putra Mosque, a Steel Mosque that has no analogues in the whole world, and bridges, each of which repeats the elements of the most famous bridges in the world. Tourists will also climb to the observation deck and admire the city, which bizarrely combines modern architecture and ancient buildings.
Of course, Kuala Lumpur itself will not be ignored. Tourists will have a sightseeing tour of the city — this is one of the best ways to get the maximum amount of impressions from the capital of Malaysia. The tour lasts 3 hours, travelers travel around the city on comfortable transport with stops at the main attractions. Tourists will see the King’s palace, Independence Square, the Chinese temple and the national mosque with a unique dome, as well as visit the batik factory.
The next stop for travelers is the Batu Caves in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur (there are about 20 of them in total). This natural landmark is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India. Tourists will admire the 42.7-meter-high golden statue of the Hindu god Murugan, visit the Temple Cave, feed local monkeys and go to the nearby tin factory. Malaysia is famous for its pewter products, so tourists can not only buy ready-made ones, but also make a souvenir with their own hands.
The tour also includes exploring the islands. Langkawi is an archipelago in the Andaman Sea, consisting of 99 islands. Many of them continue to be considered untouched wildlife, and only the largest island, Langkawi, has a developed infrastructure. Its name translates as “Red Eagle Island” — there really are rare eagles with brick-red wings. Tourists will learn all about the traditions and crafts of the Malay people and what the Malays like to do in their free time. And they will also visit the temple of alternative religions and Eagle Square, where there is a 19-meter sculpture of the island’s symbol. Also, while exploring the island, tourists will go on a boat trip through the mangrove channels: they will feed sea eagles and wild monkeys, visit caves and a fish farm and have lunch in a floating restaurant.
Penang Island is famous for its mix of diverse national traditions: Indian, Malay and Chinese. Tourists will have a sightseeing tour of the island “Historical heritage of Georgetown” and get acquainted with the main attractions recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Indonesia: unique antiquities and Buddhist shrines
After Malaysia, tourists will go to Indonesia. The main location for exploring the country is Yogyakarta, a city on the island of Java, famous for its arts and crafts. Tourists will visit the Buddhist temple complex Borobudur — a huge stupa with a square foundation, made in the shape of a mandala. Inside there are 504 Buddha statues and 1,460 bas-reliefs with religious subjects.

Then the tourists will go to the most famous Hindu shrine on the island of Java: Indonesia’s largest temple complex Prambanan with unique architecture, which was built in the 9th century AD. This monument of medieval art includes more than two hundred temples, some of which, due to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions on the island, have been preserved only in ruins.
Singapore: fulfillment of desires and acquaintance with myths
Tourists can start their acquaintance with the city on their own — for example, book an excursion to Sentosa Island, take a boat trip along the Singapore River and Marina Bay, visit Gardens by the Bay and just stroll along the central streets. As part of the tour, there is a sightseeing tour of Singapore — tourists will visit the Fountain of Wealth, which fulfills desires, a historic hotel built in the colonial style, the former city post office and Merlion Park, named after a mythical creature, half lion and half fish — it is the official mascot of Singapore. Tourists will also go to Chinatown and will be able to walk through the shops and tea houses.
