On May 2, S7 Airlines launched regular direct flights from Novosibirsk to Shanghai (Pudong International Airport – PVG). Flights on the Novosibirsk – Shanghai route will be operated twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
The planes will take off from Novosibirsk at 18:30 and land at 01:20, taking into account the time difference. The flight there will take about six hours. The return flight from Shanghai is at 02:20, and arrival in Novosibirsk at 07:45 local time.
“S7 Airlines continues to expand its network of international routes, including to Asian countries. We pay special attention to routes that are in demand among residents of Novosibirsk. The new destination will open up more opportunities for convenient flights to China, which is interesting for both tourism and business trips. Now S7 Airlines passengers can take a direct flight from Novosibirsk to Shanghai. This metropolis remains one of the most popular travel destinations in China. The flights will be operated on Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The cabin can accommodate 168 passengers in economy class and eight in business class.
