ATOR reports that the Numbeo website has presented its next ranking of the safest cities in the world. Abu Dhabi (UAE) is in the lead for the eighth time in a row.
Thus, the title of the safest city in the world Abu Dhabi was awarded by the online database Numbeo, which takes into account the indicators of safety standards and the quality of life of residents and visitors of cities around the world.
In 2024, according to the survey, Abu Dhabi has the highest security index and the lowest crime index in the world.
The capital of the Emirates has been at the top of this list since 2017. Another UAE city, Ajman, is on the second line of the rating. The third place belongs to Doha (Qatar), the fourth to Taipei (Taiwan). The fifth and sixth places also went to the cities of the Emirates — Dubai and Ras al Khaimah.
