The typhoon is expected to hit the coastal areas of Shanghai and the neighboring eastern province of Zhejiang on Monday morning, TASS notes. Currently, the Bebinka is located about 350 km from the city in the East China Sea. The authorities warned the population that they should not leave their homes during the passage of the typhoon, and meteorologists declared the highest red danger level due to bad weather.
