Chinese air carriers sell relatively inexpensive flights from the Russian capital to Vietnam for departures in the first summer month.
For example, on June 18, it is proposed to fly from Moscow to Ho Chi Minh City on a China Southern Airlines flight with a connection in Shenzhen, and back on Saturday, June 29. The cost of an economy class seat, including baggage transportation, is 43.7 thousand rubles (hereinafter, availability and prices are indicated, current as of 18:00 on May 31. – Ed.).
Tourists should keep in mind that a 22-hour transfer is expected on the way there. You can use visa-free transit (at Shenzhen airport it is provided for a period of up to 144 hours), book a hotel for overnight stay in the city.
For the same amount, 43.7 thousand rubles, it is proposed to travel from Moscow to Ho Chi Minh City also from June 18 to 28, from June 18 to July 1, or for a week – from June 20 to June 28.
Aeroflot’s direct flights from Moscow to Ho Chi Minh City take about 10 hours each way, but cost 73.1 thousand rubles plus 13.7 thousand rubles for transporting a suitcase. It turns out to be twice as expensive as a China Southern connecting flight.
Another air carrier from China, Air China, offers affordable flights from Moscow to Hanoi with a transfer in Beijing, for 43.5 thousand rubles, including luggage for departures from June 19 to 30.
Recall that Vietnam Airlines was going to deliver direct flights from the Russian capital to Hanoi on the eve of the New Year. Flights were supposed to start at the end of January, but these plans have not yet been implemented.
