Tourists contacted the hotel administration, but there, according to the Russians, refused to compensate them for the damage. But they still hope that the attacker will throw away their identity cards somewhere, limiting himself to embezzling money.
It is not possible for tourists to sue a Thai hotel. According to lawyers, in case of theft in the accommodation facility, vacationers can still receive compensation for damage if they went to Thailand in the format of a package tour.
