The Aquilon group conducted a survey on the topic on the official accounts of their social networks: “Where does your house start?” More than a third of subscribers — 36% — feel at home already in the yard, only 29% preferred the answer “in their apartment”, 18% — “still at the subway”, 13% named the grand lobby and only 4% – parking.
In total, almost 150 respondents took part in the voting. There was only one possible answer. The social networks of the Aquilon Group currently cover an audience from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Arkhangelsk and the Arkhangelsk Region (Severodvinsk). Currently, the federal developer is building 25 projects in five regions. Landscaping of courtyards only in the complexes under construction will amount to 40.4 hectares — the area of almost 60 football fields, landscaping — over 14.4 hectares.
In St. Petersburg, Aquilon Group currently has 6 residential complexes under construction, within which 10.2 hectares of landscaping and 5.3 hectares of landscaping are planned. The leader of the portfolio of the “northern” capital for the arrangement of courtyards is Aquilon Stories, which will have its own “linear arboretum”, where almost 2.5 hectares of landscaped territories with landscaping on 1.05 hectares will appear. One of the “green” projects will also be the Aquilon Leaves complex, the name of which reflects the connection with nature. The yard will be a real green oasis. To create high-quality yard improvement programs, the Aquilon Group attracts leading architectural bureaus such as MEGABUDKA and DEREVO PARK.
“Courtyards, like grand lobbies, are today the business cards of residential complexes, largely defining their face and general atmosphere. A functionally well-maintained internal territory contributes to the establishment of strong communication links between residents according to age and leisure interests and thereby becomes an important platform for the formation of a neighborhood community. We in the Aquilon Group pay special attention to the design of courtyards. For example, in our completed metropolitan projects Aquilon PARK, Aquilon Mitino and Aquilon BESIDE, the total area of landscaping is almost 5.2 hectares, of which more than three are landscaping. In each facility, we have allocated at least 50% of the land for landscaping,” said Mikhail Rogatykh, Head of Sales Development at Aquilon Moscow Group.
In the capital’s INDY Towers, Aquilon BESIDE 2.0 and Aquilon SIGNAL, the company will equip 2.9 hectares of internal territories and plant 0.89 hectares of landscaping. In the Moscow flagship INDY Towers, landscaping will occupy 74% (1.66 hectares) of the total building area — the largest in the portfolio of capital projects under construction of the Aquilon Group. There will also be an aviarium, unique for the capital’s residential complexes, a 700 cubic meter florarium for songbirds and tropical plants.
Aquilon Group is currently building some of the greenest projects in Arkhangelsk and Severodvinsk. The company plans to equip 14.19 hectares and 13.12 hectares of territories with landscaping of 4.26 and 3.94 hectares respectively in 15 new complexes of the two cities. The largest landscaping areas with an area of about 6 hectares are in the residential complex on the embankment of the Northern Dvina “Aquilon AQUARTAL” in Arkhangelsk and in the “100 byAkvilon Quarter” in Severodvinsk, the landscaping area of which will be over 5 hectares, and landscaping — more than 1.5 hectares.
