Prices for hotel rooms have increased in St. Petersburg

The average cost of rooms in St. Petersburg hotels is 6.5 thousand rubles per day, which is 14% higher a year earlier, writes MK in St. Petersburg.

Since the beginning of this year, the market has been replenished by 276 rooms thanks to the opening of two hotels: Cosmos on Italianate Street and Domina Pulkovo. In the latter, the room stock amounted to 253 rooms.

By the end of the year, it is planned to launch another hotel, designed for 302 rooms. The average profitability of hotels in the city on the Neva River per room has increased to 3.5 thousand rubles.
