KKI frees up sites for the construction of the SCHMSD and the Bolshoy Smolensky Bridge

The Committee for Property Control of St. Petersburg (CCI) has begun to release land for the construction of the SCHMSD and the Bolshoy Smolensky Bridge.

For the release of land plots with an area of more than 6 thousand square meters on Glukhoozernoye highway and 300 square meters. Non-stationary car service pavilions are to be demolished on Far Eastern Avenue.

Land users were notified of the need to voluntarily vacate the plots and given sufficient time to dismantle the placed facilities, but the requirements of the CCI were not met.
