Ivan Pochinshchikov, managing partner of IPG Russia, took 7th place in the Consulting section of the CRE-100 rating, rising three places higher than last year.
The CRE 100 is a rating of the most influential people in the commercial real estate market, compiled annually by the editorial expert council of the professional publication Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
The deserved place is due to the achievements of the nominee over the past year. So, Ivan Pochinshchikov distinguished himself with a number of major professional achievements, among which stand out: a lease deal of 24,000 square meters in a class A business center on Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg, work with a corporate investor to acquire assets of a departing it company: a class A business center with an area of 35 thousand square meters, an unfinished business center with an area of 34 thousand square meters, as well as a land plot with an approved project of a business complex next to them (St. Petersburg), as well as a deal for the sale of a warehouse complex in Domodedovo in the build-to-suit format with a total area of 107 thousand square meters for a Russian company specializing in retail and wholesale trade in construction and finishing materials.
