A manufacturer of electric power equipment has purchased a land plot with an area of 1.7 hectares in the Kievskoye-95 industrial park for the construction of its own production complex. IPG consulting company acted as the broker of the transaction.Estate.

The Kievskoye-95 Industrial Park is located 11 km from the ring Road on the Kiev highway. Land plots with an area of 0.5 hectares for production, warehouses and trade are available for purchase. Electricity, water, and gas are connected to each site in the park.
