IPG consulting company.Estate acted as a broker in the sale of a land plot in the Southern Gate territorial complex in Shushary. The land area was 10 hectares.
On the acquired site, the buyer plans to subsequently develop industrial and warehouse real estate, including the construction of light Industrial facilities.
The territorial complex is located in the Southeastern part of St. Petersburg between the Moscow and Vitebsk directions of the Oktyabrskaya Railway and borders the lands of the Southern Thermal Power Plant on the one hand and the Izhora Plants on the other. The unique transport accessibility of the territory is provided by the Moscow highway (M-10), Sofiyskaya Street, the Moscow- St. Petersburg highway M11 Neva (with access to the ring Road).
