The Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments, together with the staff of the St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center, introduced a software robot into its activities.
“The robot implemented in the KGIOP made it possible to automate the process of approving tasks for the development of landscaping projects, which is carried out in the Unified System of the St. Petersburg construction complex,” said Stanislav Kazarin, Vice Governor of St. Petersburg.
The robot processes incoming interdepartmental requests regarding the approval of the assignment for the development of landscaping projects, and prepares a draft response to the applicant according to a predefined template. The response is sent to the relevant executive authority for inclusion in the package of documents issued to the applicant for public services.
According to statistics, about five thousand responses to such requests are sent per year. The software robot has significantly reduced the time of this process.
