Since the beginning of the summer, employees of the St. Petersburg Property Control Committee (CCI) have vacated 51 illegally used city premises.
Of these, 29 premises had to be vacated forcibly, and another 22 were vacated by users voluntarily.
The total area of the vacated property was more than 5,000 square meters. The events were held in Admiralteysky, Vyborgsky, Kirovsky, Krasnogvardeysky, Krasnoselsky, Moskovsky, Petrogradsky, Primorsky, Frunzensky and Central districts.
During inspections of non-residential facilities, their illegal use was revealed without the availability of appropriate title documents. Some of these premises were used for beauty salons, shops, offices, warehouse and residential purposes, as well as for the provision of household services (workshops).
In respect of twenty-one premises, lease agreements were previously concluded, but later the agreements were terminated. The remaining objects of the non-residential fund were used without registration of property rights to them and without concluding relevant agreements with the city.
Currently, all premises have been completely vacated, sealed and sealed, the keys have been transferred to the district housing agencies for storage.
