Compared to May, all the main indicators have increased, except for the number of lots on sale and the LCD. The number of lots decreased by 4.5% (to 38 thousand units). The number of LCD has not changed (276 pcs.)
Developers of St. Petersburg in June offered a lot with an average area of 47.87 sq. m. m on average for 13.41 million rubles, or 280.23 thousand rubles/ 1 sq. m.
The average area of lots on sale increased by 0.1% (to 47.87 sq.m.), and the average purchase budget increased by 2.2% (to 13.41 million rubles).
In economy and comfort classes, compared with May, the average price of 1 square meter increased by 1.0% to 224.81 thousand rubles, and the average purchase budget increased by 1.1% (to 9.65 million rubles). In high—budget new buildings, the average purchase budget increased by 2.2% (to 27.99 million rubles), and the average price of a “square” increased by 3% (to 417.6 thousand rubles).
Only 1 new project “Space by Avenue-Apart” and 5 new buildings in new buildings have been put on sale.
