This was the first increase in utility tariffs in a year and a half. The previous increase was a year earlier — on December 1, 2022.”
According to the expert, depending on the region, the fee for the “communal apartment” increases from July 1, according to the “fork”, from 4 to 15%.
“The national average increase in housing and communal services costs will be 9.8%,” Prodanova said. — The minimum percentage increase awaits homeowners in the Republic of Khakassia. Transbaikalians will be the least lucky. The amounts in their payments will be indexed within 15%. In Moscow, the average index will be 11%.”
