The Committee for Property Control of St. Petersburg (CCI) has begun to release the land plot on Far Eastern Avenue from the non-stationary car service pavilion.
A car repair shop that occupied 400 sq. m. m of the city territory, previously operated on the basis of a lease agreement with a legal entity. However, on April 12 of this year, the lease was terminated.
The former tenant appealed to the court in order to challenge the termination of the contract and prohibit the dismantling of the service station. However, the court refused to take interim measures.
According to the decree of the government of St. Petersburg, a section of the Latitudinal highway of high-speed traffic should pass through this territory.
