Over the year — from February 2023 — the average period of sale of housing in this city in the region decreased by 1.5% or 1 day. Such data are provided by Experts of the Nevsky Prostor Academy of Sciences.
At the same time, the period of sale of housing in Murino for the period from February 2019 to February 2024 increased by 30.6%. In absolute terms, the increase was 15 days. So, at the beginning of 2019, the average period of sale of real estate in Murino was at the level of 49.2 days.
In Kudrovo, another city popular with buyers in the Leningrad region, in February 2024, the average period for the sale of housing reached 52.6 days.
Over the year — from February 2023 — the average period of sale of housing in this location has significantly decreased, minus 35.2% or 28.6 days.
Also, a decrease in the sale period in Kudrovo was noted within the period from February 2019 to February 2024. Within this period, apartments in this location began to sell 7.89% faster, which in absolute terms is 4.5 days.
