VTB will start issuing mortgage loans for the purchase of real estate in Crimea in May.
Loans can be issued either remotely in any region of the country, or in person at the offices of RNKB in Simferopol, Yevpatoria, Sevastopol and Yalta, as well as at the bank’s branches in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don, said Georgy Gorshkov, Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of VTB.
In addition, the bank will expand its presence in the mortgage market at the expense of four more regions — Karachay-Cherkessia, Kalmykia, Ingushetia and Tuva.
